Band 7 Community Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist: Hunter AHP have an opportunity for an experienced Community Rehab Occupational Therapist to secure an ongoing locum contract, in a, Community environment. The service provides rehabilitation for patients discharged from Wiltshire. 

Community Rehab Occupational Therapists work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary therapy team, as this role is community based a car driver would be preferred but this is not required.

Key responsibilities of the Community Rehab Occupational Therapy role as follows:

• To hold responsibility for own caseload, working with and without direct supervision
• To work as part of a multidisciplinary team to facilitate timely assessment and timely, coordinated discharge planning
