Locum Clinical Pharmacist – Cheltenham - training provided within NHS!

Hunter Gatherer AHP have a rare locum opportunity based with a district general hospital in Cheltenham. The medical division is on the lookout for a GPhC-registered pharmacist to join the pharmacy team on a full-time locum basis. The post holder will work clinically to support the delivery of pharmacy services across the trust in order to achieve the best use of relevant medicines. There is an array of ward and dispensary-based work to cover so there will be flexibility on this given a candidate's prior hospital experience. The trust is open to those with no prior hospital experience as training can be provided!

Working hours are 9am-5pm w/ a 30 minute break – 7.5 working hours per day, 37.5 hours per week. For the right candidate, flexible days are acceptable depending on how the CV lands with the department – this is a 8-12 month contract which is likely to extend beyond that. Only GPhC-registered pharmacists will be eligible for this position! Newly-qualified pharmacists are welcome to apply!

–       £22-26 per hour

–       Ongoing contract with 1/2 week notice period
