Hunter Gatherer AHP have amazing locum opportunities for Pharmacists seeking a hospital-based position in Essex!

The hospital are seeking a GPhC registered Pharmacist to join the ward and dispensary teams ASAP! This contract will be due to commence from October 2023 and will be on an ongoing basis.

 The hospital are happy to provide full NHS training to community-experienced and newly-qualified Pharmacists. This is a fantastic chance for career progression at speed, as training will be provided across the various dispensary aspects of the role depending on your skill set. 

The role will be to cover the various inpatient wards and complete the clinical screening of prescriptions and dispensing, there will also be some accuracy checking of medication, offering advice on dosages and side effects of drug interaction, and maintain accurate and detailed records of all medications processed.

3 / 4 / 5 days per week are available so please get in touch if you can work part-time hours!

– Locum Band 6/7 Pharmacists needed

- NHS Hospital Essex

- £23 - £32 hourly rate (dependent on experience)

- GPhC Registration required

- 3 / 4 / 5 days per week!

- Ongoing contract, possibility to go permanent upon review

- October 2023 Start

-  1 week notice period
