Biomedical Scientist - Band 6/7 – Greater Manchester - Up to 12 month Contract

Hunter Gatherer AHP is looking for a Biomedical Scientist to work in a busy Histology laboratory in Greater Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step up into a more senior position.  We are looking for candiates with excellent microtomy experience and ideally individuals who have experience of quaility managmemt systems and procedures from a training and audit perspective.

• Job Title: Band 6/7 Biomedical Scientist  
• Location: Greater Manchetser 
• Duration: 6-12 months 
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
• Start Date: ASAP 
• Rate of pay: £25 - 32 p/h DOE via an accredited umbrella company 

Requirements and qualifications required for this role:

• Current HCPC Registration
• IBMS Accredited Degree 
• Extensive experience working in an NHS Histology laboratory 
• Microtomy & quality management
