Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

Location: Central London (Moorgate)

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 (Year one earnings up to £35k)

Hunter AHP & MH are seeking an Entry Level Recruitment Consultants to join our team from February 2024 and become the future top billers/managers of the company. As an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant, you`ll be responsible for sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals and placing them into private and public sector markets in the UK!

Responsibilities of an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant:

  • Actively source and qualify candidates.
  • Manage the client and candidates needs and expectations.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships in the market
  • Work to improve recruitment efficiency and execute a high standard of performance.


  • Bachelor's degree (in any discipline)
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and independently motivated.
  • Team player who can take on constructive feedback and implement immediately.
