Reablement Social Services – Crewe

Reablement Social Services: Hunter AHP have a great opportunity in Crewe, for an experienced Social Services Occupational Therapist to work in a great Reablement team. The Ideal candidate should be confident with assessing, moving, and handling, and providing a reablement approach to maximise the independence of those they are working with. The contract will be up to £40 per hour for 3 months and can be part-time or full-time hours.
