Recruitment Resourcer (180 / Candidate Focused) 

Start Date: 05th February 2024

Location: Hunter Gatherer AHP, Central London office, EC2A 4LU (On-site)

Salary: Base Salary £20,000 - £23,000 (DOE)

Hunter Gatherer Group are seeking to recruit a career focused natural communicator who is ambitious, organised and time efficient. The ideal candidate will have experience working as part of a team and be able to evidence meeting KPIs or targets. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Building a good knowledge of your industry and developing strong networks with working professionals in your field.
  • Advertising vacancies as well as using our database and job boards to attract suitable candidates.
  • Resourcing and interviewing candidates by making outbound calls to applicants and exceeding KPI targets including call stats <85 - 100 calls p/day. 
  • Liaising with the sales team to understand current job requirements and hiring needs.
  • Checking candidates’ qualifications and right to work

Desired Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent telephone manner, comfortable talking to new and existing candidates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Ability to work well within a team and on own initiative
  • Experience using Microsoft office, specifically; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
