When recruiters are disorganised or going through the motions, the tasks may seem repetitive. Successful recruiters are on the phone speaking to a lot of people – and no two people are the same. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be:

  • Sourcing and Screening:Identify top talent in Healthcare through various methods and sourcing channels.
  • Relationship Building:Cultivate strong relationships with clients and candidates, becoming their trusted advisor and agreeing regular and consistent communication.
  • End-to-End Recruitment:Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to job offer and negotiations.
  • Networking:Engage with passive and active talent by multiple communication methods: client meetings, conferences, emails, and phone calls to generate new business streams.
